Noida: The students of cinema at Marwah Film City recently had the privilege of participating in a specialized workshop on the Arri Camera, led by the esteemed Director of Photography, Medhadeep Bandyopadhyay. This event, held at AAFT, aimed to enhance students’ skills in camera operations and creative filmmaking. Medhadeep Bandyopadhyay, known for his extensive work in music videos, corporate films, advertising films, short films, and wedding photography, shared his mastery of camera operations and the creative optimum use of cameras. His diverse experience and experimental photography techniques provided students with fresh perspectives and innovative methods in handling cameras and creating short films. “The workshop introduced numerous new ways of handling cameras and the best practices for creating shorts, drawing from Medhadeep’s rich experience and experimental approaches in photography,” noted Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AAFT. As a gesture of goodwill and respect, Dr. Sandeep Marwah honored Medhadeep Bandyopadhyay with a life membership of the International Film and Television Club of AAFT.
