The owner, Erica Townend, has worked many areas of property, including managing estate agencies, block management & property development. She holds qualifications in both sales and lettings, NAEA and ARLA, as well as a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, and an MBA with distinction. Erica's property career in Egham began as a child in her father's first agency in Egham High Steet in 1966 and has been developing property and assembling an investment portfolio for over twenty years. She opened her first Martin & Co agency in Wokingham in 2015 which has grown rapidly in both market share and managed portfolio size rapidly. Retained by all landlord types from individuals to corporate portfolio landlords, Erica with her well established team also manages unbroken residential blocks. | |
