A monthly stay is considered 28 days and includes a 7% to 9.4% discount from the Midnight Cove weekly rate.

Minimum Stay: 7 Nights
You are required by Florida state law to register at the Midnight Cove rental office on the next work day if you arrive after office hours or on the weekend.
Midnight Cove rental office services are not available to direct owner rentals. Any charges received from rental office will be deducted from your security deposit.
Arrival Time: 4:00 P.M., Departure Time: 10:00 A.M.
Office Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday to Friday
Rentals are subject to 11% tax.
Standard Occupancy: 4 persons for the 2 bedroom condominium. Add $100 USD per week for each additional person over standard occupancy (this charge eligible for owner discount). Children under 12 exempt from over standard occupancy charge.
An advance deposit of $300 USD is required to confirm a reservation.
50% or $300 USD (whichever is greater) is required to confirm a reservation made 90 days or less prior to arrival.
50% of the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival.
A $300 USD security deposit is required and is refundable 60 days after departure and return of keys.
Upon receipt of remaining balance due, plus security deposit, keys to unit #532 will be mailed to you.
Cancellation must be given 60 days prior to occupancy date to avoid forfeiture of deposits. In order to receive a refund of an advance deposit, lessee(s) cancellation request must be made in writing 60 days or more days prior to arrival. A refund will be issued minus a $75 USD cancellation fee.
All telephone charges made to the unit phone number will be deducted from your security deposit. There is no charge for local phone calls.
