Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
One to two years experience originating mortgage loans is required
Experience in mortgage operations, processing or underwriting with a minimum of one year industry related sales experience may be substituted for mortgage originations
Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLC, FHA, and VA guidelines
Proven sales/relationship building and customer service experience
