Karpathia is set in Eastern Europe and in the United States during the late nineteenth century. The story resolves around several families and their friends, adjusting to the rapid changes of that era. In Limbo is the story of a middle-aged physician who finds himself struggling with the terminal illness of an old friend, the challenges of coping with the maturing process of his two young adult children as will as his own mortality.
