Help Needed To Find Missing Baby
We are Americas Wrongfully Convicted. The man on our website is Robert McClendon and this situation happened in Houston, Harris County, Texas. His girlfriend was pregnant, ready to deliver. Since he was disabled and on a lot of medication, he was out during the time that she gave birth to Baby Doe McClendon. Robert took Chris to the doctor to get her checked out because she was cramping and bleeding. We believe that she drugged him to keep him passed out because he was always complaining that his medication was missing. When Robert questioned her where his child was, she would not tell him anything. She and her daughter then set him up and got him convicted of aggravated assault, strictly on perjured testimony (154 discrepancies in testimony). They knew, once they got him into the criminal justice system, that the District Attorney's office would be so focused on prosecuting him, that they would not come after her. This was a ploy to cover up her own crime. She also got a protective order. Once the protective order was in place, it literally stops anything. Robert could not sue or request any prosecution against her and her daughter. She and her daughter, Paula, were never investigated for the missing baby.
