Job Description: Training Developer/Instructor (S30)
Job Requirements:
This position requires the individual to become a member of the NMP Working Level Team (WLT) and to work with other members of the NMP team and user community to accomplish the tasks/activities associated with the teams training deliverables and timeline.

Duties and Responsibilities (including all essential job functions)
Develop and deliver training courses (knowledge transfer) for NMP task order.
Develop instructor led training and / or web based training materials for 16 NMP courses
The overall approach to training the NMP affected workforce is to provide a combination of application training and specialty training
Training will be a combination of instructor-led and/or Web based and is estimated to cover the roles and responsibilities of 1500 users (training to be conducted in one location TBD)
A suggested curriculum is listed below; however, the final curriculum of approximately 16 courses will be determined by the IPT/WLT and approved by the Government

Course 6: NMM4400, Perform MSC Materials Management
Course 7: NMM4930, Perform MSC Item Management
Course 8: NMM4500, Perform Maintenance Domain Manager Procedures
Course 9: NMM4600, Perform AMC NMM Procedures
Course 10: NMM4940, Perform MWF DS/RX Management
Course 11: NMM4950, Execute Depot Production Charts
Course 12: NMM4700, MSC Item Management
Course 13: Distribution End User Training Materials
Course 14: Sourcing/Customer Management End User Training Materials
Course 15: General Ledger Accounting End User Training Materials
Course 16: Distribution Requirements Planning End User Training Materials
