Licensed Associate-Sales and Associate-Brokers are being offered 100% Commission splits for a nominal desk fee of $200 (1) per month, OR structured commission splits with NO desk fee. Agents will be supported with targeted advertising, modern web site(2) with MLS search engine, extensive legal reference library and forms, vendor data services(3), and very convenient access and client parking.
Experienced full-time and part-time agents are encouraged. New agents are welcome with training programs being offered at structured commission splits(4).
