Recruitment of Sales Executives
Be a Part of Winning Team
We are looking for highly motivated, intelligent and energetic ladies/gentlemen with a minimum of 5 years experience in the luxury hotel industry or any luxury service industry such as flight stewards preferably worked in business or first Class for the sales team of a tour operating company in the Maldives for immediate recruitment.
The candidates should have experience in guest service areas dealing directly with customers and will be required to coordinate room reservations, confirm bookings and attend customer emails. Age should be below 38 years.
What we offer for SALES EXECUTIVES
Basic salary at start will be USD 1,500 to USD 2,000 per month depending on work experience during first 6 months of employment. Candidates who complete first 6 months successfully will be evaluated in detail for their performance. Basic salary will be increased based on performance.
In addition to the basic salary, food allowance and accommodation will be provided by the Company.
On successful completion of the probation period, sales commission will be granted to candidates who meet company performance targets.
Sales Executives will get the opportunity to enjoy visiting monthly FAM trips to luxury resorts in our collection. The visits are part of job training and is conducted monthly on a regular basis.
Selected candidates will be based in Male, the capital of Maldives.
Other Terms
Employment visa, work permit and air fare both ways (return ticket fair after the
completion of 1 year) will be provided.
Selected candidates are required to enter into minimum 02 years period of contract.
