Charleston Marriott Town Center located at 200 Lee St. East Charleston, WV seeks a talented Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for supervising engineering efforts at a hotel--assists with project plans, assigning resources, and completing projects. Ensures staff produces high quality work, performs preventative maintenance, alterations and installations. Position may require proficiency in one or more building trades (e.g. plumbing, electrical) and a solid knowledge of general engineering/maintenance. Promptly responds to guest and safety issues. Assists in the training and supervision of the engineering staff. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible schedule.
