always make sure that all products are delivered in good condition. We supply many electronic products such as portable DVD, car DVD, MP3&MP4 players, TV,
plasma TV, CD ROM, DVD writer, windows Vista, office 2003 Software, Iphone, USB phone, bluetooth earphone, bluetooth USB dongle, laptop pcs and printers.
Job Description:
Due to the company's expansion in the USA. There has been an urgent need for a payroll administrator to help process our payments. Most of our customers from
the United States prefer making payment for our services with certified checks/money orders. The role will be assisting with a high volume of weeky payroll.
You may be required to clear up to 3-4 checks weekly with your bank. So the more you help processing payments, the more funds you get.As soon as the
check/money order clears with your bank, we expect you to deduct 10% of whatever the amount is and having the remaining funds sent to our accountant here in
the UK via Western union/Money gram. The right candidate should have payroll experience and ideally worked within a similar environment.
This position would suit someone who is enthusiastic and ready to hit the ground running and is looking to excel within their position. The role will not
affect your current job, which is a plus for you.
Person Specification:
You need to have excellent communication skills both written and spoken;
- Be able to work in a high pressured environment
- Be able to work as an individual or as part of a team
- Be able to pick up systems and payroll knowledge
- Be numerical and have a methodical approach
- Ability to deposit checks, money orders and withdraw the funds
- Have payroll experience
Salary: 10% of every transaction.
