Brockway Place is located on a quiet one way street directly off of Lake Tahoe Boulevard, behind the Bijou Furniture outlet. This home screams convenience; being only a moment’s drive to your favorite Casino, Snow Resort, or shopping center … you don’t have to go far for anything. This home features regular snow removal in the winter months, with indoor/outdoor parking, suitable for 3 regular sized vehicles, or 5 small cars. First floor features a main room which is split between the living room, featuring 2 cozy couches, a futon, gas fireplace, small TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo. Dinning area is bright and airy, with a dining set seating 6, with large glass slider doors leading to the spacious fenced back yard. Large yard is great for letting your family dog run around in. Kitchen is filled with all common amenities from home including items such as a coffee maker, toaster, silverware, glassware, cooking ware, baking pans, bottle openers, peelers, salt and pepper shakers, and an assortment of coffee and tea. One full bathroom and supply closet located downstairs. Upstairs, you will find 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room featuring washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a private bath and vanity area, also featuring a small TV, and Queen bed, and a cozy chair and table for relaxing on.
