LEARN HOW TO PLAY GUITAR - Begginers all ages to Intermediate
Hi, my name is Matthew. I teach Guitar, Bass, and Drums. I have an average of 30 students per week 1 on 1. I am looking to expand my services across the country. I grew up in a family owned music store and had the best mentor, my father. I have been teaching privatly for 10 years, and have an extensive background in music in all areas. I have toured overseas a couple of times playing drums for "The New America Singers" a christian group based out of Riverside, Ca. I was also a roadie for Bill Graham Presents, one of the worlds largest concert promoters.
I can go on and on about myself, but I'm actually here for you. Whether you want to learn, or you know someone who wants to learn. Being a teacher, I understand how important it is to have a private 1 on 1 session. But I also understand how much money that can cost. It's not cheap, and I don't want to sell myself short. So, what I'm offering is, instead of paying me xxxx amount of dollars for in-person instruction, I would like to help jumpstart your learning curve. I don't have a website (eventually, for support) because that's just not going to help each individual on a personal level. I want to work with everyone on a 1 on 1 basis, just like my students now. I will mail out monthly lesson plans designed for each individual student. Remeber, I too am a teacher, and I do not want to take the private instructor out of the loop. I simply want to help out and get you started. This will save you hundreds of dollars. Then when you feel you are ready to broaden your horizons, then you should contact your local Instructor. Lets just get the basics down and go from there.
P.S. - I also transcribe songs for all of my students who just want to play.
