Account Executive Promotions Agency

- Manage Manufacturers promotional programs in conjunction with Food, Drug and Mass Retailers
- Develop trade-specific letters to solicit Retailers in order to secure program participation in a timely manner
- Source, negotiate and purchase targeted Geo-Demographical data
- Source and negotiate pricing with Print and Fulfillment vendors to provide estimates to Sales/Finance/Management
- Track, administer and analyze P&L's
- Manage Manufacturers/Client based Post-Promotion Analysis' between retailer(s) and Market Research
- Plan and execute regional Co-Marketing/Promotional Programs from inception to completion
- Independently develop and maintain program timelines and client expectations
- Independently maintain effective day-to-day communication with clients
- Oversee and manage all financials, including invoicing clients and following-up on payment of invoice
- Participate in the development and planning of new programs
- Participate in the creative and production processes to ensure programs are successfully completed
- Responsible for development/implementation of national/account specific promos/events
- Responsible for client management
- Manage daily execution of programs
- Work w/Production, Creative, Legal, Proofing Traffic & external resources
- Facilitate creative pre-pros and photo shoots
- Conduct weekly status meeting
- Develop and manage project creative briefs, timelines and estimates
- Assist in concept development, written and oral client presentations
- Research, develop and implement promotional marketing plans
- Manage creative marketing, legal and production teams to ensure success of promotional programs
- Develop program evaluations and future recommendations
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
- Provide management and solutions of daily client requests.
- Strategic planning and development

Full-service marketing agency experience required. Consumer package goods Promotions experience
required. Some advertising experience a plus.
