Qualifications & Duties

· Three (3) years professional B2B sales, Carriers, Big box retailers, Chain Stores, etc experience, specifically in consumer electronics

· Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

· Strong administrative skills and attention to detail especially in establishing new business relationships and in new product launch

· Exceptional communication skills and ability to build and sustain strategic customer relationships

· Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

· High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented

· Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans

· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

· Assign sales territories, set sales goals, and establish training programs for the organization’s sales representatives

· Advise the sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance

· Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Salary : Negotiable
