That’s just about the only good news though, because after the ‘gentle’ preliminary blood warmers like hip twisters (one set of 50 seconds), side-lying clams (one set of 40 seconds each side), and side-lying t-stretches (one set of 40 seconds each side), and a quick plank to activate the abs, I was already puffing.
