Well, here’s the short story. In 2007, I was busy doing work on diesel trucks and saw the need to take care of some of the difficult technical issues owners were experiencing. At that point, I knew I wanted to have a shop with the best technicians, so I set out to train our staff to elite standards. Five years ago, I decided to focus on management with the primary goal of providing premiere customer service.
