At Disability Support Network, our NDIS cooking classes are designed to help adults with disabilities learn important life skills in a fun and friendly way. These classes are not just about cooking — they are about gaining confidence, independence, and everyday living skills. In our sessions, participants learn step-by-step how to follow recipes, prepare simple and healthy meals, and even plan weekly menus. We understand that everyone learns differently, so our support workers provide one-on-one or two-on-one guidance to make sure each person feels comfortable and supported. Our cooking classes are held in a safe, family-like environment where participants can ask questions, try new things, and enjoy the process of cooking together.
