Digital Graphic Designer (From Inexperienced to Pro) Employment Type: Full-time Employee Working Hours: 10:00 ~ 19:00 Work Location: 15-7 Roppongi 7-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo Required Language Skills: • Japanese: Native • English: Not required • Chinese (Mandarin): Business Level Salary: ¥280,000 ~ ¥400,000 per month Duties and Responsibilities: • Understand front-end knowledge such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc., and be familiar with responsive design. • Possess diverse design skills. • Enjoy the startup atmosphere and have experience working on projects from concept to execution (zero to one). Application Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in designing Japanese content. • Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. • Familiarity with banner and LP design, with a user- and data-oriented mindset. • Strong design ability, excellent composition skills, and a good sense of color. • Ability to understand and implement overall style and details, with a focus on localization design. • Proactive, with a strong sense of innovation, responsibility, and perseverance.
