Scoot Cancellation Policy | |
For group bookings, Scoot allows cancellation of up to 20% of the group seats, provided the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the first flight departure. The deposit paid for those seats will be used to offset against the balance payment for the remaining seats. If the entire group booking is canceled after the deposit is paid, a 20% deposit refund is available in the form of agency credits or Scoot Travel Vouchers, usable for future group bookings. No cancellation or refund is allowed after full payment is made | |
