Air Canada offers the AC Wallet credit option exclusively to Aeroplan Members. When canceling an eligible unused ticket, you can choose to receive a credit to your AC Wallet instead of a refund. This credit can be used for future travel on Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge, or Air Canada Express. Please note that AC Wallet credits cannot be used for Economy Basic fares or tickets purchased with Aeroplan points. Credits have an expiration date, and reservations must be made before the credits expire. | |
