With Hawaiian Airlines, cancellations are governed by the fare you purchase. Refundable tickets allow full refunds upon cancellation. Non-refundable tickets, however, are not eligible for refunds but may provide flight credit if canceled ahead of time. There’s a 24-hour cancellation window where all tickets can be canceled for a full refund if the flight is at least seven days out.
