JetBlue uses a boarding group system to manage passenger flow at the gate. Boarding begins with special assistance passengers and families traveling with small children. Mosaic members and Mint customers follow, then Even More Space passengers. After priority customers, numbered boarding groups are called in sequence, starting with Group A. Passengers traveling on Basic fares are generally in the last group. Your boarding pass displays your group assignment, and gate agents check it as you board.
