Sun Country Airlines issues refunds based on fare rules and timing. Passengers who cancel within 24 hours of booking and at least seven days before departure are eligible for a full refund. Refundable fares are always returned to the original payment method. Nonrefundable fares generally result in travel credits for future flights, which must be used within a specific time period. In cases of flight cancellations or major schedule changes initiated by Sun Country, customers may request full refunds regardless of fare type. Refunds usually take between 7–20 business days to appear in your account. | |
