Allegiant Airlines rarely issues cash refunds for canceled reservations. The main exception is when a cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the departure date is at least seven days away. Outside of this window, Allegiant typically issues travel credits instead of refunds. These credits are valid for one year and must be used by the original passenger. The airline also offers Trip Flex, which helps travelers avoid penalties, but still results in credits rather than money back. No-shows without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds or credits, forfeiting the fare entirely. | |
