At times, Error 6010, 100 arises when antivirus software mistakenly blocks QuickBooks Database Server Manager. To resolve this, temporarily disable the antivirus or add QuickBooks as an exception. Then, rename the .ND and .TLG files associated with the company file. Once done, restart QuickBooks and scan the folder using the Database Server Manager. This usually restores access to the company file quickly. | |
