Located at the Inn at 500 Capitol, Hemlock features striking design, a lively bar, and dynamic offerings like “Brunch with Beats.” With Chef Richard Langston curating the inaugural menu, Hemlock honors Boise’s culinary legacy while pushing fine dining forward.
